Jonas Elliott Sr. has been cooking plant-based food in Southwest Florida for over three years. He didn’t start with a restaurant or a business plan. He started with a conviction that vegan food could be genuinely good — filling, flavorful, and built for real life.
Every meal that comes out of Jonas’ Kitchen is cooked by Jonas himself. No commissary. No shortcuts. He sources locally when he can and rotates his menu constantly so regulars never get bored.
He also donates meals every week to families in need across Southwest Florida. It’s not a marketing campaign — it’s just how he operates.

Jonas posts a new menu every Monday. You pick your meals from that week’s menu before the Thursday cutoff. Orders deliver Saturday, Sunday, or Monday depending on your zone.

Delivery fee is based on distance from our kitchen — starting at $7.99 for nearby areas and up to $15.99 for longer routes. Fee is shown at checkout.

Many meals are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free. Each meal listing indicates GF status. If you have specific dietary needs, text Jonas directly and he’ll work with you.
4–5 days refrigerated. Meals can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Jonas cooks everything fresh weekly, so the quality is best within the first few days.
Yes — all Jonas’ meals freeze well for up to 3 months. Cool completely before freezing, then store flat in their sealed containers. To reheat, thaw overnight in the fridge and warm on the stovetop or in the microwave. Soups, stews, and grain bowls freeze especially well. Wraps and salads are best eaten fresh.
Yes. Jonas currently supplies Ada’s Natural Market and is open to partnerships with gyms, co-ops, meal-prep studios, and other health-focused retailers in Southwest Florida.
